Abingdon's African princess story to be made into a Disney film

Remember the story about the Abingdon man who went to African to claim land so his daughter, then 7, could become a princess?

Disney does.

The studio is about to make a movie, with producer Morgan Spurlock of "Super Size Me" fame, about Jeremiah Heaton and his family.

The news broke late last week, and I caught up with Heaton by phone Friday afternoon.
